The ISO documents management system:
Designed to handle the documentation of ISO/IEC 27001 (complete with ISO/IEC 27035, ISO/IEC 27018, ISO/IEC 27019), ISO 22301, ISO 9001 and many other schemes.

Why a DMS?

Although it is not formally required, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 clause 7.5 clearly implies the need for a well-designed, structured, populated, controlled, managed and maintained suite of ISMS or QSM documentation.
With ISOdms you can manage your ISO certification documents in the cloud with ease and security. Make your certifications easier and more direct with a dedicated DMS.

Ease of use

All documents are catalogued following the structure of the ISO reference standards.

Defined roles

Each person (consultant, internal certification manager, external certifier, etc.) has access to the DMS with defined roles.

Focus on ISO standards

Workflow designed for the management of documents required by ISO standards.

Audit off-site

The annual audit by the Certification Authority can also be performed remotely. Reducing costs.

Features

Simple and efficient, especially designed for ISO certification documentation management.

Groups and roles

You can manage users, roles and user groups. Each user can have different viewing and access permissions, either individually or through their membership in groups or roles. This way, for example, you can enable the auditors to see only the approved documents for which they are responsible, while the security manager also manage draft and obsolete documents.

Documents, folders and metadata

Documents and folders are very similar to a file system on your hard disk, but they have a lot of metadata, that allow for classification, research and control of the history of each document.
Each document may contain attachments and be linked to other documents.

Documents workflow

Each document, or group of documents, can have a workflow. The standard workflow requires the document to be reviewed and then approved before it is considered "active". But you can create your own ad hoc workflows, establishing the path that each type of document must follow, from its creation to its elimination.
